Rohullah Nikpai of Afghanistan bites his bronze medal during the medal ceremony for the men's -58 kg taekwondo of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games in Beijing. President Hamid Karzai called Afghanistan's first Olympic medallist, Nikpai, after his victory in taekwondo Wednesday and praised him for bringing pride to his country, an aide said.
