For the first time ever, an Afghan team will participate in the All Kyokushin Karate World Tournament which will be held from October 2nd to the 4th in Budapest, Hungary.

Among 92 participants in 80 Kg division, Ahmad Shah Afzali reached among 8 best by defeating France, All Japan Champion- Funasaki Yu, and Georgia. Furthermore, to reach the semi final, he performed a nice fight with the World Champion- Abdulrashidov Shamsudin from Russia.
